- 16 oz cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz whipped cream
Instructions
- Allow the cookie dough to sit at room temperature for about 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread the cookie dough evenly on the sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown, then let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Artfully arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the frosting.
- Dollop whipped cream over the fruit just before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the cookie crust cool completely before frosting. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
