Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  3. Combine the butter and sugar: In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth and slightly pale.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
