Description

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pepper jelly
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayo, mustard, pepper jelly, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
