Description

A unique blend of sweet cranberries and spicy jalapeños, creating a flavor explosion perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine the cranberries, chopped jalapeños, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a rapid boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  4. Carefully pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars.
  5. Let it cool completely before sealing with the lids.

Notes

Make sure to sterilize jars for better shelf life. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
