- 2 cups jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the cranberries, chopped jalapeños, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a rapid boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
- Carefully pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars.
- Let it cool completely before sealing with the lids.
Notes
Make sure to sterilize jars for better shelf life. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
