  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash, peel, and cut carrots into uniform pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, ground cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar, until smooth.
  3. Place carrot pieces in a large mixing bowl and pour glaze over them, tossing to coat.
  4. Spread carrots on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
