- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft (15-18 minutes).
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
