Description

A vibrant and refreshing salsa bursting with the sweetness of pineapple and the heat of jalapeños, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, diced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the pineapple, chopping the red onion and jalapeño.
  2. Mix in a medium bowl the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice and zest, cilantro, garlic, and sea salt.
  3. Adjust the seasoning and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
