- 1 cup peach mousse (prepared or store-bought)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 3 ripe peaches, diced
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the yellow cake by baking it according to package instructions and letting it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Cube the cooled cake into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Layer in serving glasses, starting with cake cubes, followed by peach mousse, diced peaches, and whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, ending with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill the trifles in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
