Description

A delightful fudge that combines the nostalgic flavor of sugar cookies with creamy white chocolate, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or additional white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and softened butter. Heat on medium, stirring continuously until everything is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Continue stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure it’s well blended and silky smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles. Mix well.
  4. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Press the remaining holiday sprinkles into the top of the fudge gently.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours or until set completely.
  8. Once hardened, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
  9. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the fudge.
  10. Let the drizzle cool and enjoy.
