Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain the potatoes, return them to the pot, and mash with butter and milk until smooth.
