A delightful twist on the classic dessert, combining the flavors of strawberry shortcake with the chewy goodness of Rice Krispie treats.

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry shortcake cookie crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cookie crumbs until well combined.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking pan and transfer the mixture, pressing down evenly.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to one week. To soften, microwave for a few seconds if they harden.
