- 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (or more frozen fruit for thickness)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and combine strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut milk in the blender. Add honey or agave if desired.
- Blend on low and gradually increase to high, blending until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- If desired, add ice cubes or more frozen fruit for thickness and blend again for 15-30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry or chia seeds if desired.
Notes
