- 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 recipe strawberry cheesecake mousse, prepared
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and kosher salt.
- Mix the eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set and center is shiny.
- Cool the brownies to room temperature and prepare the mousse.
- Top the cooled brownies with mousse and garnish with fresh strawberries.
