Instructions
- Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir and repeat until sticky and shiny.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and pour the hot mochi mixture onto it.
- Knead the mixture gently until manageable, dusting hands with cornstarch as needed.
- Divide the mochi into small pieces and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place diced strawberry in the center, and wrap the mochi around it to seal.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container or serve immediately.
