- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
- Chocolate sauce (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, about 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the diced strawberries to the mixture and mix gently to combine.
- Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture into the taco-shaped crusts.
- Sprinkle the crushed cookies or graham crackers on top.
- If desired, drizzle some chocolate sauce over the tacos.

Notes
