Description

These delightful tacos are a fun twist on classic cheesecake, filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with fresh strawberries and crunchy cookie crumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of taco-shaped cookie or pie crusts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • Chocolate sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, about 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add the diced strawberries to the mixture and mix gently to combine.
  5. Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture into the taco-shaped crusts.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed cookies or graham crackers on top.
  7. If desired, drizzle some chocolate sauce over the tacos.
  8. Serve immediately for the best experience.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, but they are best enjoyed fresh. You can also prepare the cheesecake filling a day in advance.
