Delicious muffins bursting with strawberries and swirls of rich caramel.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and caramel sauce gently.
- Scoop the mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar. Pair with cappuccino or iced tea.
