Description
A homemade version of Starbucks’ famous pumpkin spice syrup, featuring brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and warm autumn spices. Perfect for lattes, coffee, and drizzling over desserts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Combine water, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in saucepan
- Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves completely (3-5 minutes)
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice
- Bring to gentle simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened
- Remove from heat and let cool
- Strain through fine mesh strainer into clean bottle
- Refrigerate and use as needed
Notes
- Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
- Shake well before each use
- Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
- For smoother syrup, strain multiple times if needed
