Description

Crispy, golden wonton shells filled with a creamy, flavorful mixture of spinach, artichokes, and cheeses.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin, lightly spraying with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes until just starting to turn golden.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until blended.
  4. Scoop the filling into each baked wonton cup, filling them to the brim.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the wrappers are golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly, then remove from the muffin tin and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality artichokes and cheese. Avoid soggy wontons by draining spinach well.
