- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper; sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
- Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
