- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1–2 Jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder flavor, remove the seeds from jalapeños. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze uncooked balls for up to 3 months.
