- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Zest of 1 orange
- Pinch of salt
- Orange slices for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or jar, add the rolled oats and almond milk. Stir to ensure the oats are fully immersed.
- Add the Greek yogurt and maple syrup, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, ground cloves, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the chia seeds and orange zest.
- Seal the jar or cover the bowl, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- The next morning, stir the oats and top with orange slices and additional maple syrup if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Adjust oat-to-liquid ratio based on desired consistency.
