Description

A delightful twist on the classic margarita infused with pomegranate juice, warm spices, and a hint of heat, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 2.5 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz Orange juice
  • 0.5 oz Orange liqueur
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
  • β…› tsp Ground cinnamon
  • β…› tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 sprig Rosemary (for garnish)
  • Ginger beer (optional)

Instructions

  1. Run a slice of tangerine or orange around the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with a splash of ginger beer if desired.
  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.

Notes

Use quality silver tequila and freshly squeezed juices for best results.
