Description

A refreshing and sweet Southern peach-infused tea perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water (for tea)
  • 3 medium-size organic peaches, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mild and light-colored honey
  • 4 cups filtered water (for peach mixture)
  • 4 organic raspberry leaf tea bags
  • 34 cups ice (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Boil 1 ½ cups of filtered water, add tea bags, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Finish Brewing: Squeeze tea bags, discard them, and transfer tea to a heat-safe pitcher.
  3. Create the Peach Syrup: Combine 4 cups of water, peaches, and honey in the saucepan; boil then simmer for 7 minutes.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Strain peach mixture through a fine mesh strainer, collecting the syrup.
  5. Combine and Serve: Mix the peach syrup with brewed tea and serve over ice.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or water as desired.
