Description

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish in a single layer.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sour cream layer.
  6. Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden-brown.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
