- Optional: Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish in a single layer.
- Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sour cream layer.
- Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden-brown.
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
