Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • Olives (for eyes and buttons)
  • Thin pretzel sticks (for arms and carrot nose)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, feta, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  2. Shape the mixture into a large ball for the body and a smaller ball for the head.
  3. Place the larger ball on a serving platter and stack the smaller ball on top.
  4. Use sliced almonds to create a scarf and buttons.
  5. Poke olives for the eyes and mouth, and use pretzel sticks for arms and noses.
  6. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or breadsticks.
