- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup dry roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
- ¼–½ cup caramel sauce
- 2–4 tablespoons chocolate or hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until well-coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a deep 9-inch pie pan.
- Combine granulated sugar, ½ cup melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and kosher salt gently.
- Spread the brownie batter over the prepared Oreo crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool completely before preparing the peanut butter fluff.
- Whisk together marshmallow fluff and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
- Spoon the fluff over the cooled brownie layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator if not serving immediately.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce and hot fudge before serving.
