Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup dry roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼½ cup caramel sauce
  • 24 tablespoons chocolate or hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until well-coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a deep 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Combine granulated sugar, ½ cup melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  5. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and kosher salt gently.
  6. Spread the brownie batter over the prepared Oreo crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before preparing the peanut butter fluff.
  8. Whisk together marshmallow fluff and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  9. Spoon the fluff over the cooled brownie layer.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator if not serving immediately.
  12. Drizzle with warm caramel sauce and hot fudge before serving.
