- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flour
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and caramelized.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, coat with gravy, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot with gravy drizzled over the chops.
