Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flour

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Return pork chops to the skillet, coat with gravy, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with gravy drizzled over the chops.
