Instructions

- Add eggs, melted butter, and granulated sugar to the yeast mixture and mix gently for about 20 seconds.
- Incorporate 4 cups of flour and salt into mix, stirring until barely combined. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Using a dough hook, knead on medium speed, gradually adding flour until a smooth and elastic dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
- Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into a rectangle about 24”x15”.
- Spread softened butter, then sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers over the dough.
- Roll tightly from one long side, cut into 15 slices, and place in a greased baking pan. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Warm heavy cream and pour evenly over the rolls.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix marshmallow fluff and butter until combined, then add vanilla, heavy cream, and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Spread frosting over rolls and top with more crushed graham crackers and chocolate squares.
