A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, this S’mores Bark captures the cozy flavors of rich chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 3½ cups milk chocolate chips (divided)
- 4 sheets of graham crackers (roughly chopped)
- ¾ cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup marshmallow creme (melted)
Instructions
- Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Melt 3 cups of the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on low heat, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment paper and spread into an even rectangle.
- Press in crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips while chocolate is still soft.
- Allow the mixture to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to speed up the process.
- Drizzle melted marshmallow cream over the top, creating swirls.
- Let it harden for about 60 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Once set, break the bark into smaller pieces.
- Serve and enjoy!
