Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker, fitting them snugly together.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the seasoned chicken, ensuring even coverage.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken shreds easily.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve the chicken over pasta with garlic bread and a fresh salad.
Notes
Bring butter to room temperature for garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
