- 1 (10.5oz) can cream of onion soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, cubed
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Layer ingredients: In 4-qt slow cooker, combine pierogies, sausage, and onions.
- Make sauce: Whisk soup, sour cream, milk, and spices until smooth. Pour over pierogi mixture.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over top. Dot with butter cubes.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hours or HIGH 2-3 hours, until pierogies are tender.
