Easy and delicious sliders made with shredded rotisserie chicken, creamy sauce, and melted cheese on Hawaiian rolls, perfect for game day or any gathering.

- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice slider buns horizontally and place bottom halves in baking dish.
- Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over bottom bun halves.
- Layer cheese slices over chicken mixture.
- Place top bun halves over cheese.
- Mix melted butter with parsley and poppy seeds. Brush over bun tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-7 more minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For crispier buns, toast bottom halves before assembling
- Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days
- For spicier version, add hot sauce or jalapeños
- Can be made with turkey or plant-based alternatives
