- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup diced jalapenos
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced green onion
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced jalapenos, diced red bell pepper, diced green onion, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix gently to combine.
- Using a spatula or electric mixer on low, mix until creamy but still textured, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra diced jalapenos and green onion.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For best texture, allow cream cheese and mayonnaise to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing. Can be prepared a day in advance for flavor development.
