Description

A comforting seafood casserole made with tuna, shrimp, and a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup of cooked pasta
  • 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of peas (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, peas, celery, and onion.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated in the soup.
  4. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray, then pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
