Description
A comforting seafood casserole made with tuna, shrimp, and a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of peas (optional)
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, peas, celery, and onion.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated in the soup.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray, then pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
