  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Schezwan Sauce: Blend soaked chilies, garlic, and ginger into paste. Heat oil, sauté paste for 2 mins. Add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar. Cook until oil separates.
  2. Marinate Paneer: Toss paneer cubes with 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce. Let sit for 15 mins.
  3. Assemble Pizza: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Dust crust with cornmeal. Spread remaining Schezwan sauce as base. Layer with marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and processed cheese. Top with chili flakes and oregano.
