- 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned.
- Toss in sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in shredded cabbage and any additional veggies, mixing well.
- Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the cabbage wilts and softens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
