- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together tamari, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- Toss mixed nuts with glaze mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread nuts in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds during last 5 minutes of baking.
- Cool completely on baking sheet before storing.
