Scale
  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side.
