- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
- 2 large eggs
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat until soft and set.
- Cook the crumbled sausage in the same skillet until browned.
- Mix the sausage into the scrambled eggs and add cheese if desired.
- Spoon the mixture onto the crescent dough and roll it up tightly from the wide end.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
