Description

Quick and easy breakfast roll-ups filled with scrambled eggs and savory sausage, all wrapped in flaky, buttery crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat until soft and set.
  4. Cook the crumbled sausage in the same skillet until browned.
  5. Mix the sausage into the scrambled eggs and add cheese if desired.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the crescent dough and roll it up tightly from the wide end.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.

These roll-ups can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning.
