- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Roll medium-sized portions of the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or crushed red pepper flakes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
