  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • Sea Salt, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until bubbly and thickened.
  4. Pour the hot mixture evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top, allowing them to melt.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly with a spatula.
