A delightful holiday treat combining rich chocolate and crunchy peppermint, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Ingredients

- 1 pound dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa solids)
- 1 pound white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (1-2 minutes).
- Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until set.
- Repeat the melting process with the white chocolate until smooth (1-2 minutes).
- Pour melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and sea salt flakes on top.
- Refrigerate for another 30-45 minutes until completely set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can be made a week in advance.
