Description

A delightful treat that combines the richness of caramel, the crunch of pretzels, and the smoothness of chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pretzels
  • 11 oz kraft caramel
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Scatter the pretzels on top of the chocolate and gently press them down.
  5. Melt the caramels with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and pourable.
  6. Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  7. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel for marbling.
  8. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  9. Chill in the fridge until set, about 1 hour, or let it set at room temperature for 2 hours.
  10. Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature or up to a month in the refrigerator. If chocolate seizes, add a bit of coconut oil or shortening.
