- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz pretzels
- 11 oz kraft caramel
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Scatter the pretzels on top of the chocolate and gently press them down.
- Melt the caramels with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel for marbling.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Chill in the fridge until set, about 1 hour, or let it set at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature or up to a month in the refrigerator. If chocolate seizes, add a bit of coconut oil or shortening.
