Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 ounces apple cider
  • 2 ounces caramel vodka
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Set out two small plates. Pour caramel sauce onto one and kosher salt onto the other. Roll the edge of a martini glass into the caramel, then dip it into the salt.
  2. Chill the Glass: Place the glass in the freezer while you mix, to keep your martini extra cold.
  3. Mix the Cocktail: Fill a shaker with ice. Add apple cider and caramel vodka. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain and Serve: Take the glass out of the freezer and strain the cocktail into it.
  5. Garnish (optional): Add an apple slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra festive touch.
