Description

A flavorful and comforting recipe for bite-sized salmon pieces coated in a sticky sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for family dinners or entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste; Sriracha or Frank’s RedHot recommended)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium option works well)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin for flavor)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour the hot honey glaze over the salmon bites and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality salmon for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
