Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, walnuts, cranberries, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. Gently stir in the buttermilk and honey until just combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature overnight.
  4. The next day, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Grease a loaf pan generously and pour the mixture into it.
  6. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
