Description

Juicy chicken patties infused with fresh rosemary and zesty lemon, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed, but don’t overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into 6 to 8 equal patties, about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Rest the patties for a few minutes before serving.
