Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed, but don’t overmix.
- Form the mixture into 6 to 8 equal patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Rest the patties for a few minutes before serving.
