Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the sliced mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and thyme to the browned butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Drizzle the browned butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
