Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the sliced mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and thyme to the browned butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle the browned butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
