Description

A delightful appetizer featuring sweet roasted grapes and rich burrata cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 12 cups red grapes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the grapes by spreading them out on a baking sheet and drizzling with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and sprinkling with flaky sea salt. Mix well.
  3. Roast the grapes for about 15-20 minutes, or until they start to blister and caramelize.
  4. While the grapes are roasting, place the burrata on a serving dish, open it gently, and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  5. Once the grapes are done, transfer them on top of the burrata and add pan juices. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  6. Serve warm with crisp crackers or baguette.

Notes

Ensure the burrata is at room temperature prior to serving for maximum creaminess. Customize with red pepper flakes or candied nuts for extra flavor.
