- 500g (1 lb) frozen green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
- Prep your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the frozen green beans evenly on the tray in a single layer.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the beans, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan generously over the top of the beans.
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with extra parmesan and sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
